The return of justice to the Justic Department?  For some time I've believed that honest politician was a contradiction in terms.  Today that may have to change.  One of the measures of an ethical decision maker is that he will make decisions that are not in his own best interest.  Republican Senator Ted Stevens was convicted by a Republican Justice Department.  Today, Democratic Attorney General, Eric Holder, asked that that decision be overturned because of prosecutorial misconduct by the DOJ.
