Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac home buying bankers to the nation are buckling at the knees. The outcome for them is uncertain, but likely to involve government intervention. What is certain is that we have had another major bank failure - Indy Mac. Do you still think that deregulation was a good idea? Ronald Reagan's (get rid of big government) legacy gets tarnished.
