Charity begins at home. Especially if your home is the Boy Scouts of America where senior executives earn big bucks. Not including millions in deferred compensation - David J. Ross II, assistant chief scout executive, $888,583; Kenneth L. Connelly, same title, $750,472; Roy Williams, chief scout executive, $589,143 (here). Then there's $648.6 million that the Boy Scouts have managed to accumulate in net assets (here).
