No child left behind is a beautiful concept if not a reality in the US. There are places where the reality matches the idea. The One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) program has lived up to its name in the tiny South Pacific nation of Niue, where 100% of the children now have one. Oh, and free wireless internet for everyone since 2003. I wonder how long it will take for America to catch up? The BBC reports.
